Return & Exchange Policy

How do I return?

  1. The product must be bought from our official website https://www.marketferry.in/, Kindly email us at marketferry.store@gmail.com with complete details.

  2. The terms contained in this Return and Refund Policy shall be accepted without modification and you agree to be bound by the terms contained herein by initiating a request for the purchase of Product(s) on the Platforms.

  3. Market reserves the right to alter and enforce this Return and Refund Policy at any time without having to serve a prior notice on the User

  5. Return and Refund shall only be communicated via the registered email address within 24 hours.

  6. User must return the products only in case of a manufacturing defect

  7. Please send us the product images with description elaborating the issue

  8. Please note that the product(s) should be unused, unwashed with all original tags intact, no water damage, and should be sent back in original packaging along with all parts and freebies with the confirmation email. To ensure that the quality of the product is maintained, we request you to please make sure that the product(s) are properly packaged when you are returning it.

  10. How soon will I get my refund?
    Once your return request is received. Our Return Team inspects the returned product thoroughly; we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or the cost that may be incurred if the product doesn’t fall under a manufacturing defect.
